Roof Pros recently replaced my roof. I had an excellent experience. They were very organized and detailed…everything was explained to me beforehand…I knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. The crew that did the physical labor were great. They were on time, worked hard and completed the roof well within the expected timeline. Going through a roof replacement can be a stressful experience…I feel that Roof Pros did everything within their power to make it as painless and stress free as possible. While I hope I never need another roof, if I do, I will call them again.

Excellent and cohesive crew was able to remove and install the new roof in 2 days. The dumpster was dropped off the day before and 4 workers came back the day after completion to clean up. A crew of about 9 people worked nearly 12 hours/day and each worker having a specific job to do including a carpenter who repaired any damaged boards and rebuilt the upper part of my fireplace. From the detailed and professional proposal to periodic supervision by the Owner and sales person to the netting system installed to capture roof debris and nails it was a very well done job.

Asking important questions to a roofing contractor is crucial for various reasons, as it helps ensure that you make informed decisions and have a positive experience with your roofing project. Here are some key reasons why asking important questions is essential:

    • Questions help in defining the scope of the roofing project. By discussing details such as materials to be used, the estimated timeline, and potential challenges, you can have a clear understanding of what to expect from the contractor.

    • Detailed questions about the cost breakdown, payment schedule, and any potential additional charges help you better budget for the project. It ensures transparency and prevents unexpected financial surprises.
  4. Quality of Materials and Workmanship:

  5. Licensing and Insurance:

    • Questions about the contractor’s licensing and insurance status are vital for your protection. A licensed and insured contractor gives you confidence that they meet the necessary industry standards and that you won’t be held liable for any accidents or damages during the project.

    • Questions about the project timeline, start date, and completion date help in managing your expectations. It ensures that the contractor has a realistic plan for completing the project in a timely manner.
  8. Permits and Compliance:

  9. Cleanup and Disposal:

    • Questions about the cleanup process and disposal of debris help you understand how the contractor plans to leave your property once the project is completed. A responsible contractor ensures a thorough cleanup, leaving your premises in good condition.
  10. Communication and Updates:

    • Asking about the communication process and how updates will be provided throughout the project ensures that you stay informed. Clear communication is essential for a successful and stress-free roofing experience.
